Inclusive Excellence Funding
In 2018 $748,000 was secured for diversity and inclusion efforts at Missouri S&T from the University of Missouri System’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council for use in the 2018-19 and 2019-20 academic years.
S&T will use the funds to support peer mentoring for students from underrepresented and first-generation college backgrounds, improve disability services for students and staff, provide programming for the Celebration of Nations event, and promote diverse scholarship among faculty.
